II. Main Applications

Suitable for tough, heat-sensitive samples that are difficult to grind and crush at room temperature. The instrument operates at ultra-low temperature throughout the whole process, with integrated control system and main unit, realizing automatic liquid feeding and replenishment for liquid nitrogen level, featuring convenient and high-efficiency operation.

III. Working Principle

Adopts oscillatory grinding technology driven by dual magnetic coils and electromagnetic impactor. Samples maintain full enclosed cryogenic grinding at liquid nitrogen temperature (-196℃) during the whole grinding process. The impactor oscillates and strikes samples to achieve high-energy large-area impact, realizing rapid and thorough sample crushing.

1. Automatic liquid nitrogen feeding and replenishment with liquid level linkage, matched with 50L self-pressurized liquid nitrogen tank.
2. Cylindrical impactor, no pre-treatment required for samples, achieving uniform sample processing and excellent repeatability.
3. Liquid nitrogen chamber adopts high-density polystyrene thermal insulation material, equipped with 1 grinding chamber and 1 pre-cooling chamber.
